How do I use AdSigner signatures?

Email signatures are integrated directly into your e-mail client. We do not make use of email relays and never intercept your messages.

Microsoft 365

AdSigner for Outlook plugin automatically inserts your signature when you compose an email. It is installed organization-wide in your Microsoft 365 admin center.

Google Workspace

AdSigner add-in is installed via Google Workspace Marketplace for your organization. Your signatures are updated automatically in your users Gmail settings, requiring no user interaction.

Copy-paste

Your users receive an email with guides on how to insert signatures into their email client, without having to register an account. Available for any email client that supports HTML signatures.
